From the RESI website project case study on Cambria:

"RESI Solution:
RESI installed 130,000 sq. ft. of EPIC turf in six strategic areas across the 12 acre campus, creating an 85,000 sq. ft. community soccer field, as well as school athletic fields. The entire campus, including the fields, was designed to collect all available stormwater and hardscape runoff. Under the EPIC soccer field, large pipes store up to 2,000,000 gallons of water."

I cannot attend the meeting this PM. But if I could be there, and
if we paid for the above, I would ask Mr. Mark Rehbein to provide what is described above. What glorious active recreation facilities we will have for the community.
I also want to know why did we not get this as described above and who in Cambria is responsible for the project management on this debacle? Let's not have them manage anymore projects for Cambria. And while you are discussing all of this, can you ask him if he can fix the overlighting problem up there at night?
Airforce one could land in that parking lot it is so over lit.
