<description>As I understood from the March board meeting, Tammy&#039;s comments
during the GM&#039;s report indicated this would not be the in depth review
everyone was hoping for.

&quot;LAFCO MUNICIPAL SERVICE REVIEW (MSR)
Staff met with David Church, Deputy Executive Officer, of the SLO County LAFCO (Local Agency Formation Commission) on April 15th. David acknowledged receipt from us of all requested reports and information to date. We also discussed the attached MSR Guidelines, which David shared are “routinely used to assist with characterizing existing and future service capability” of districts.

David stated that LAFCO would not be recommending an update to our SOI (Sphere of Influence). Therefore, many of the inquiries contained within the MSR Guidelines are not applicable to the CCSD during this review.

David anticipates completion of a DRAFT MSR (including ecommendations) in late May.&quot; (Taken from Tammy&#039;s GM report of March)
