Fiscal Responsibility – What is it?

What does “Fiscal Responsibility” mean to you? Describe it as you think it applies to CCSD, and as it applies to the community at large.

    Fiscal Responsibility is a rather vague concept, but it one our group is working on defining it more clearly. I would love to read what others think it means in the context of the CCSD.

    Cambrian fiscal responsibility: Getting someone else to pick up the tab.

    simply put —fiscal responsibility– revenues exceed expenditures and avoid the opposite. Some money, depending on the rate of inflation should be put in a general fund drawing a safe interest. Sticking to this principle will avoid future fiscal shocks. The “we want everything” syncope must never prevail.
